Our team individuals gained their experience by working in enterprise environments (developing and managing dialup, hosting and adsl systems for Serbia's largest ISP with over 100000 users, remotely managing web farms and large database clusters... etc.) with lots of demands on which they could not respond with anything less then perfection.
